The Mission of Ascent Research Institute

ARI is a non-profit organization run and operated by executives, researchers, graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and professors across the United States.  ARI provides the opportunity for researchers to award and publish emerging top students and unlock the potential for findings and cutting edge technologies.

At the Ascent Research Institute (ARI), we believe young students learn best when they practice their subjects through research, publication, and reading the research of others. We are committed to middle or high school students to publish their research project, and to read about the research of others. Identifying as a leader in your field early on is formative in empowering students to pursue their dreams, and we strive to help all students, especially those from backgrounds historically underrepresented, recognize their potential as leaders early in their academic careers.

We accommodate any type of research project – whether it's social, biological, or physical sciences, computer science, engineering, technology, business, law, political or otherwise – and encourage inquiry-based science that builds on previously-published scientific literature.

We publish students from all over the world, including:

Australia, Canada, China, Colombia, Egypt, India, Japan, Kyrgyzstan, Mexico, New Zealand, Nigeria, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Spain, Tanzania, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and United States.
